At Arrow ECS we believe that your privacy is important. This also goes for information that you provide via one of the Arrow ECS websites or in response to an e-mail from Arrow ECS. In this charter we will explain how we protect your personal information and how you can view and have involvement in the stored data.

Information protection

Arrow ECS uses all personal and business information that you provide electronically (via completion form, e-mail, job site or forum), solely in the framework of the mutual relationship between you and Arrow ECS. The information is not passed on to third parties or people who are not part of Arrow ECS.

Contact data

Contact data, such as name, company, telephone number, address, e-mail address, … (designated with an asterisk) constitute the minimum requirement to enable us to provide our communication.

Business information

The business information is optional and encompasses professional interests, information preferences, etc. This business information allows Arrow ECS to better understand your needs and provide you with more focused information. We avoid excessive communication by reaching smaller groups of customers and interested parties.
You always have the option of indicating that you no longer wish to receive the information. In that case we adjust our internally list in the marketing database.

Click actions

In addition to the data that you provide, Arrow ECS can also gather information about your click actions when you visit one of the Arrow ECS websites or when you open e-mail from Arrow ECS. This provides us with an insight into the popularity of the web pages, the number of times that visitors look at a page and the total visit time on the site. Arrow ECS consolidates this data into statistics. These remain anonymous and are not associated with the visitors concerned. The statistics allow investigation of the quality of the site as well as the relevance of the information and the simplicity of navigation.

Fulfilling your transaction request
